Shower in PM vs Shower in AM

To include shift workers, it should be Shower at beginning of your day vs Shower at end of your day. For night shifts, I sleep in the daytime and shower in PM, but it is at the beginning of my day!!

shower in the am has its ups....it wakes you up and gives you a fresh start to the day...but at night, it seems to relax and wash off all the stress and dirt from the day and warm you up so you can just jump into bed after and get a good relaxed sleep

I like to go to be all warm and cozy.

i can't manage to do anything in the morning...and always running late!

I would shower in the AM if I could ever wake up on time :( I also prefer to #work-at-night

Much better in the morning, except when there is no hot water left.
